Designed for the challenging properties of Bitumen Emulsion our emulsion trailers meet the requirements of RNZ Code of Practice and include:
Trailer:

- 1.8m Hand lance with Single Whirljet (round Fan) or optional 3 nozzle Triple fan

- 20L removable diesel flush tank
Tank:
- 3mm steel sand blasted and painted
- 500mm bolt on man hole in the centre, 1 handle for lifting lid off
- 100mm cam lock fill point
- Step or platform on the side to allow lifting the dipstick, attaching hose or removing manhole cover
- 100mm accessible gravity drain and cleaning access
- Rollover protection, prevents any pipes likely to be damaged and protect from spillage if trailer was to tip over
